A 78 year old lady presented with an osteoporotic fracture (arrows) at L4 (with a lumbarised S1) with persistent pain inspite of prolonged conservative management. She underwent a day care percutaneous transpedicualr vertebroplasty with bone cement and had very good pain relief following the procedure.

Post procedure X-ray showing the bone cement with good penetration of the cement from superior to infereior and across the midline.
